The consultation standard
You will be examined, measured and photographed. You will be told what your anatomy allows, what it does not, and which trade-offs are unavoidable — scars, downtime, revision risk. You will leave with a written plan and an itemised fee, and no pressure to decide on the day.
Where a non-surgical route will serve you better, that is what will be recommended. Where nothing should be done at all, that will be said clearly.
