WHAT TO EXPECT

The patient journey

Surgery is a process, not an appointment. Knowing the sequence in advance is what makes the recovery feel manageable rather than alarming.

01

Enquiry

A short call or WhatsApp exchange establishes what you are considering and whether a surgical route is even appropriate. No obligation, no sales script.

02

Consultation

Sixty minutes. History, examination, measurement and standardised photography, followed by a frank discussion of options, limits and trade-offs.

03

The written plan

You receive a written plan: the recommended procedure, alternatives considered, expected recovery, specific risks and an itemised fee. Take it away and think.

04

Pre-operative assessment

Blood work, anaesthetic review, medication and nicotine instructions, garments ordered, and a second opportunity to change or cancel the plan.

05

Day of surgery

Marking while standing, checklist, warming and thromboprophylaxis. Your surgeon performs the operation and reviews you before discharge.

06

Early recovery

Written aftercare, direct contact access, and reviews at one week, one month and three months. Concerns are seen, not reassured over the phone.

07

Twelve-month review

Standardised photography repeated for genuine comparison, scar assessment and an honest discussion of whether any refinement is warranted.
